Premiere Management Attends Leadership Training

Premiere Systems management from both Chicago and Florida branches recently attended an immersive leadership training hosted by our partner company SAV Digital Experiences in Montana. Jason Hood, the Director of Employee Experience at Cyber, facilitated the training. Hood’s training showcased the strength in vulnerability, the value of clear communication, and that as a leader, your job is to “motivate, coach, and inspire the team. Guide them and then get out of the way.”

The Premiere management team had lots of positive feedback following the training. When asked about takeaways, Blake Doeringsfeld, Naples Service Manager stated, “Communication = management. Our employees deserve it.”

Ralph Hinojosa, Naples Operations Manager, added that he enjoyed, “the overall content and the idea of shifting the leadership mindset. Coming from a very ‘boss’s way or the highway’ type of management at a previous company, it’s nice to approach management in a more human caring way.”
