High above Chicago's skyline, Apartment in the Sky combines timeless design, panoramic views, and integrated technology to create a residence that feels both sophisticated and deeply personal.
Apartment in the Sky began with a vision rooted in classic design influences and a desire to create a residence worthy of its extraordinary setting above Chicago. Working closely with the homeowner and project team, Premiere Systems helped integrate technology solutions that support the lifestyle of the home while remaining consistent with its timeless architectural character.
Panelized walls, dramatic architectural portals, and a carefully curated black-and-white palette create a series of spaces that feel intimate despite the scale of the residence. Throughout the home, custom details and thoughtful craftsmanship establish a strong design language inspired by both the city and the client's personal aesthetic.
Technology was seamlessly incorporated to support comfort, convenience, entertainment, and daily living while allowing the architecture and interior design to remain the focus. The result is a residence that feels simultaneously grand and personal—a sophisticated home in the sky that reflects both its remarkable location and the people who live there.
