Located within a striking Chicago high-rise, Lakeview Penthouse presented an opportunity to transform an untouched two-story residence into a sophisticated urban retreat. From the moment of arrival, expansive views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline become an integral part of the living experience, shaping the design of the home itself.

Working alongside the project team, Premiere Systems integrated technology solutions that complement the residence's contemporary architecture while enhancing comfort, convenience, and everyday living. Automated lighting, climate control, entertainment, security, and networking systems work together to create an environment that feels intuitive and effortless.

Distinctive design elements, including a sculptural stair crafted from oxidized steel and glass, reinforce the home's architectural character while connecting the residence vertically. The result is a penthouse that balances elegance, functionality, and technology, creating a modern sanctuary above the city.

This project was also recognized as one of Residential Design Magazine’s 10 Most Viewed Case Studies of 2022 and earned us the esteemed Lutron Excellence Award for our outstanding lighting control and wireless solutions.
